Jessie Eaton is a fine artist and graphic designer based in Oakville, Ontario. She graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCAD U) in Toronto in 2018, earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting. Her artistic journey was further enriched by her participation in the OCAD University Florence Off-Campus Studies Program from 2016 to 2017.

Eaton has concentrated her practice on oil painting, specifically creating realistic still lifes that celebrate food, with a focus on fruits and desserts. Her work is characterized by bright, inviting colour palettes inspired by the vibrant hues found in nature. Through her art, Eaton explores themes of comfort and abundance, using food as a symbol of both nourishment and indulgence. Her paintings invite viewers to appreciate life’s simple pleasures, evoking a sense of warmth and satisfaction.
